My take on tonight's game is based on a huge factor that I normally go against. I like(d) the Seahawks in this one, but my single ticket handicapping methods tell me to do otherwise. It is also the same reason I will advise to go against who I like in this one.











For one, Vegas is not in the sports wagering business to lose. The public is wrong most of the time when betting on sports (or any other gambling prop). The public isn't always wrong, but don't get caught up in relying on public consensus.

 Why don't I like who I like for tonight anymore? Because at PickCenter, the public consensus is 62% siding with Seattle. Sportsplay.com's public consensus is 68%; also Seattle. This brings the public consensus average for my research to a whopping 65%! Remember, Vegas is not in the sports game to lose.


Seattle has looked good over the past few weeks somehow getting the job done with their "no-name" defense. They've bought into the idea of winning and actually making the playoffs this year. All of that looks great for tonight's matchup game with a sometimey Minnesota squad. 


 I am going to follow my second mind in this case and go with the PC (public consensus) rule. Take Minnesota with the (+3) spread.
